Suggest Remedy For Sore Wrists After Injury

Hi, earlier on today I fell from a height of around 1.5m. When I landed on my behind, I put my right hand out behind me (I think). At first it was slightly sore but then it was really sore. It's sore around the outside of my wrist, the region of where the knobbily bit is.
The pain stopped for a while, becoming more of an ache. But since then, it has returned.
I have full mobility of it, so I'm unsure if this could be just bruising or a sprain rather than a fracture.

Hi

Thank you for writing to Health care Magic.
I reviewed your history.

Sore wrists after injury can be because of sprain or strain. This requires use of analgesic tablets. If the symptoms does not resolve then radiological tests like X ray are required to rule out fracture and treatment accordingly.

Hope the information provided is helpful to you.
