Suggest Remedy For Sore Wrist

My wrist is really sore I can t bend it or put pressure on it I ve had it strapped for the day an took the strap off earlier an it was that painful I had to put it back on... I can move my fingers ok it s just my wrist an in the middle of the back of my hand :( I noticed it last week but it seems to be getting worse ;(

After going through your query I concluded that you are probably having nonspecific synovitis of your wrist. Treatment of it is splintage and rest which you are already on. Analgesic such as ibuprofen may be of use as it reduces pain and swelling. Antibiotics can control infection.Vitamin B and C are helpful in recovery.
