Suggest Remedy For Sore And Dry Throat

Hi,

I have had a sore throat for 3 days now. This morning I accidentally had a sip of hot tea and I think it burned my throat. I now feel a patch of dry spot in the right sid eof my throat. This could the sore throat itself as well but I am a little worried that I permanently damaged my throat. Is this something to worry about? Thank you

I appreciate your concern
You are having sore throat that Hot tea might have relieved you temporarily but you are right hot tea can damage your throat and induce an inflammation
it's nothing like permanent damage to throat it will be alright very soon you need not to worry

meanwhile have a course of antibiotics and tab levocetirizine to relieve throat irritation
do steam inhalation and warm saline gargles
