Suggest Remedy For Small Lump On The Inside Of Fore Arm

Hi, I have a small lump on the inside of my for arm. It is painless, about 3 inches from the inner elbow joint. It moves when I push it slightly. I noticed it today for the first time at work. Showed my friend who suggested it could be a cyst. It is smaller than a pea and hard. What could this be? Thanking you in advance for any advice.
