Rapidly developing nummular lesions, look most like cigarette burns. Very itchy. Went from zero to 7 lesions on both arms in less than 12 hours. First lesions appeared 6 days ago. Next crop arose 4 days after the first. More new ones arrived today. Sizes 2 mm up to 13 mm. Two have a white halo surrounding the lesion. Lesions are raised with a red rim and scaling, flatter center. Patient is 14 y. o.
