Suggest Remedy For Side Effects Due To Formonide
On taking MDI Formonide 100 2 puffs , although the patient is getting breathing relief but also having side effects in the form of body shivering sensation- hands are literally shivering , almost for the whole day. Please advise , if the patient should continue the medication or you would advise some other medicine

As patient is taking FORMONIDE 100 mg 2 puffs and getting relief in symptoms .
Formoterol is used in acute brobchospasm and reversible airways obstruction and very much effective.
The side effects are Tremor tiredness, dizziness , shivering etc .
Since patient is getting relief in breathing problem and tremors also . The important thing is not tremors but bronchospasm ( breathing problem ) .
Once the medicine will adust in the body patient will feel less and less tremors .
Once there is relief in breathing problem , you can reduce the dose after consultation with your doctor .
When benefit is more . don't think about side effects . Once drugs stop within next 48 hours tremors will go away.
So take medicine as suggested by doctor.
