Welcome to Health Care Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.
Shoulder pain may also be caused by:
Bone spurs in the shoulder area
Bursitis, inflammation of a fluid-filled sac (bursa) that normally protects the joint and helps it move smoothly
Broken shoulder bone
Dislocation of the shoulder
Shoulder separation
Overuse or injury of nearby tendons, such as the bicep muscles of the arms
Tears of the
rotator cuff tendons
Nerve injuries
Do not worry. I would suggest you to give dry heat compression twice daily. Apply ointments containing Capsaicin,
Diclofenac Sodium,Menthol,
Methyl Salicylate twice daily. I would also suggest you to take Tablet
Aceclofenac along with tablet ranitidine . Your doctor will let you know the exact dosage.
Go for X-Ray of the affected shoulder A-P and Lateral view. This will tell if there has been a shoulder dislocation.
Consult an orthopedician if the pain persists.
Post any other question.
Have a nice day. Regards
