Hello der, I understand that you must be having severe cough due to bronchitis . The pain under ur left breast and your left ear are due to cough.and the pathology (problem) seems to be in your left lung .When you cough ,der is sudden and violent contraction of the muscles of the chest wall and constant violent cough results in the fatigue of these muscles . Hence the pain in your chest.As for the pain in the ear,it may b due to communication of the air pressure into the ear via eustachian tube that connects the ear to the throat.it may also be due to ear infection or eustachian tube block. I would recommend that apart from antibiotics,take expectorants like Tab. Mucinex which helps in making the phlegm thin and thus easy to expel,giving your chest wall lil rest.U can use local diclofenac cream to ease the pain.Take multivitamins for strength and keep yourself hydrated.As fro the ear pain which is sharp at times ,would suggest valsalva maneuver - close your mouth,pinchin the nose shut pinching one s nose shut while pressing out as if blowing up a balloon. This might help.
