Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain On Movement Post Hamstrings Tear

Hello, I fell and tore off two ham strings on my left leg about 4 years ago. After learning how to walk I have managed OK up until recently. Starting in November I started to have problems with mild pain that has progressed to sharp pain when standing or moving and strong discomfort when laying in bed. Your comments/ suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks, Pat
