doctor, i am 26 yrs and planning of getting married by the grace of God....whenever i have sex with my girl friend she always complain that she doesnt fill my sperm going into her that maybe my sperm usually flow out from her vagina...i don t know what to do,if i am alright?

You dont have to worry for that. For many people semen overflows out frm the vagina. Its a normal phenomenon.
If u are anxious to get a baby after marriage; after intercourse ask ur partner to lift both her legs against gravity for a while.
