Suggest Remedy For Severe Pains In The Right Side Of The Stomach

i am 35 yrs old.im five feet four inches tall. weigh around 145. i had my tubes untied in august and i have been doing the ovulation test. everytime in start ovulating i get severe pains in my stomach usually the left side.it makes it hard to walk go to the bathroom or have sex.why could this be happening.thank you.
