Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Swelling In Ankles

In 2001 I dislocated and broke my right hip. No pelvis fracture only the ball . It was broke as if slicing a quarter piece of an apple . Left dislocated 5 1/2 hours . Severe nerve damage ubdescribable pain in right foot, no injury to foot . Now I am having swelling in both ankles have no arch and lots of pain again . Inside &outside of ankles . Pain in lower inside of right knee calf cramps ,like a knot , and major calipers on big toe now . Dr. Said get dr. Scholls inserts. Lol so my question is what could cause my fallen arches and the swelling and what can I do to make life a little more comfy? Ps also it hurts like no other getting out of bed in morning thank you

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern in my opinion your ankle swelling condition would be different from the previous history of pelvis fracture in my opinion this could be blood circulation disturbances and the return part of the blood circulation must have been affected and this need to be investigated, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
