Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Near The Waist

My husband is bent sideways from his waist upwards and is in severe pain. Keeps getting spasms that are bringing him to tears do u think I need to take him to the hospital. The doctors have orescribed diazepam that has helped the spasm and tramadol which isn t touching the pain

this must be due to muscle spasm.
give him hop compression at the pain site followed by local application of diclofenac get.
pain killer suggested by doctor will be sufficient.
alternate to Tramadol will be diclofenac which is good for musquloskeletal pain and inflammation.
take diclofenacg 50 mg tablet twice a day after food.
