Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Left Side Of Abdomen

I am a 30 year old female and for the last 24 hours have been having fairly severe pains on the left side if my abdomin roughly half way between the bottom of my rib cage and hip bone. This morning it was slightly caved in and has continued to hurt throughout the day. Any suggestions what it could be and any suggestions for a temporary remedy till morning when i can get in to my doctor? I am trying to avoid having to go to the e.r. and the costs that go with it.

I can understand your concern
here I would like to know is there associated vomiting or not ,
don't worry ,pain in leftside of abdomen normally due to indigestion or colitis or related to kidney disease
so I would to suggest just undergo once ultrasonography of abdomen ,we will come to know the diagnosis
till that time try to drink plenty of water ,

you can use antispasmodic drugs like buscogest or meftal spas along with pan 40 mg .

don't worry ,after ultrasonography consult once your family doctor ,he will guide you or ask in HCM OK ..
