Hi, I pulled my calf muscle yesterday morning (by stretching just after I d woken up, I think I stretched too far as it suddenly hurt like absolute crazy and didn t stop) now I am having trouble walking on it and it aches constantly. I ve been feeling very nauseous as well, which I think could be linked to the pain? Just wondering if you could clarify what I ve done and how I could treat the symptoms of pain and sickness! Thanks.
