Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain And Blood In Urine After Using Zpack
Directly following Strep Throat and antibitoic treatment of a zpack that did not work and then 10 days of It iMwas a 10. Went to ER and they found blood in my Urine and tried to treat the pain without success. Kidney stones negative, Kidney infection negative. Week later still in severe pain and blood in urine. New symptoms include rash/hives same area on my side / flank and down back. Waking up with a weird metal taste in mouth. Bruising extremely easy looks like blood is right under surface. Important symptom is I have to bear down to get my urine out. I feel the need to go but must push really hard to urinate and continue to get it all out. Still have blood in urine and no diagnosis.

Severe straining in urine with blood indicates most possible issue of calculus in the urinary system. As there is mentioned that negative for calculus , but it is not mentioned that it is via which method of evaluation. As the ultrasound can not detect certain tiny calculi as well as radiolucent stones that made up of uric acid.
It is the CT scan with IVP (intravenous pyelography), which helps to get best evaluations and further guidelines in such cases. If your available reports can be shared as an attachment here during follow up discussion, it would be of immense help to discuss further on clinical grounds.
