Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain After Pulling The Hamstring While Exercising

i pulled my hamstring while in the splits, i ve tried warming up before doing them again, and icing it, but i have a performance in one week, and it keeps getting re-strained when i try the splits again. is there any way that i ll be able to sink into the splits in the performance without excruciating pain?

Some time the muscle strain may last for 10 to 15 days. Continue ice pac application 3 to 4 times a day and rest for 1 week and tablet zerodol MR twice daily for 5 days.
