Suggest Remedy For Severe Lower Abdominal Pain

I have extreme pain in the area of my belly button. I was diagnosed thru elimination. That I could have IBS. The pain is like a big time cramping in the stomach under the navel. Would it be ok to put a heating pad on my Tommy? Would that help any?

Hi,
The heating pad may give some relief. Use luke warm water. If the pain is still there then take an antacid. May help as in IBS the cause needs to be treated.
