Hello,

You are suffering from severe headache causing blurry vision and you are having difficulty in focusing. To get rid of severe headache, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and keep yourself adequately hydrated with water and fluids. Take quality sleep of at least 8 hours at night, inadequate sleep often cause headaches.

Take home made nutritious food and do not skip meals. Avoid fried food, oily, spicy, junk food, packaged food and food that triggers acidity. Warm and cold compression and gentle massage may help. Take acetaminophen (Tylenol) or sumatriptan (Imitrex), one SOS when required. Rest in a quiet dark room and taking small amounts of caffeine may help. Cognitive behavioral therapy and acupuncture is also helpful.

To avoid gas formation and acidity you can take PPIs, one SOS when needed. To get treated blurry vision and difficulty in focusing you are suggested to get clinically examined by an eye specialist. Get required eye tests and imaging tests done. You will be accordingly treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
