Suggest Remedy For Severe Filamentary Keratitis Caused By Dry Eyes

Hi I have something called fillments and severe dry eye I have had a lot of issues with c diff with various antibiotics I have to get rid of the fillments plus dry eye as I need cataract surgery real soon and is this a good medicine for that with out tons of side effects thank you Linda

How long have you been suffering from this problem?
are you using any eye medications?
for filamentary keratitis you can use 10% acetyl cysteine eye drops ( Ilube ) 3-4 times per day.
along with that you can use artificial tear preparations like 0.5% CMC ( GENTEAL OR SYSTANE ULTRA) or preservative free prepartions like CELLUVISC..
the severity of dry eyes has to be assessed first before you use any medication..
Under cover of these medications you can go for a cataract surgery.
