Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. In the current scenario, your wife needs to report immediately to her health care provider as any bleeding at this stage of pregnancy is abnormal. Her symptoms suggest that she may be going into preterm labor. Please make sure that she takes absolute rest with slight foot-end elevation. She needs to have a pelvic exam to determine whether there is any sign of active labor and if so, if it can be postponed to a reasonable time to allow the baby to mature. Monitoring of fetal well being also should be done. Low-lying placenta also should be considered as a cause of the bleeding. Hope your query has been clarified.
