Suggest Remedy For Severe Constipation Problem

I have been suffering from constipation for about 8 years. It has been getting progressively worse as the time goes on. It has gotten to the point that I wont go poop for a good couple weeks, then I will have what my husband and I call reject day where I will not leave the bathroom and I will end up losing 5-7 lbs. Anytime I eat anything. I bloat straight out. I don t bloat anywhere else. It has gotten to the point that my husband says that I look like I m about 4 months pregnant. When I have these reject days I can t eat or drink anything for 24 hours up to 36 hours. If I choose to, it goes through me in a matter of just a couple minutes. I ve been told that I have IBS Constipation, I need to get surgery and get the bag. I ve had a colonoscopy, a barium enima (sp?), been told that I just have a sluggish digestive track, Swallowed a pill with 25 small rubber bands that I got x-rayed everyday to until they all came out, they couldn t find anything. We eat really good. We eat pasture pork, grass fed beef, game and Farm fresh eggs. We did find out that I am allergic to yeast, Bakers and Brewers. Knowing that isn t a big deal. We don t eat anything that is processed, or anything that has gluten in it. I can t live like this anymore. The pain is getting to be too much. When I have bad days like I did today, I can t do anything. I m stuck to the bathroom, couch or bed. I can t have anything touch my stomach because it hurts so much. Any advice?

Take syrup lactulose 30 ml daily at night.. Eat Papaya daily and cucumber also and drink adequate amount of fluids.. Dont eat fried and High protein foods... Eat lots of salad with your food..
