Suggest Remedy For Severe Chest Pains And Sweating

MY HUSBAND HAS VERY HIGH BLOOD PRESURE, AND HE HAS BEEN TAKING 5000 ML GMS OF B 12 FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS AND LAST NIGHT HE TOOK IT AND AT THE SAME TIME HE TOOK TWO UNISOM AND TWO OR THREE BENIDRILL TO GET MORE ENERGY, AND TWO EXTREAMLY STRONG POTS OF COFFE. HE ALSO HAS COPD. HE NOW SAYS FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS HE HAS HAD HAD REAL BAD CHEST PIANS, AND HAS BEEN SWEATING REAL BAD, HE IS ALSO ON ABOUT FIVE OTHER MEDS FOR HIS COPD I NEED SOME ONE TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT HE IS DOING A SERIOUS THING TO HIM SELF, HIS DR. TOLD HIM NO B 12, ONE CUP OF COFFE, AND NO BRONCAIDE, I AM SO AFRAID FOR HIM PLEASE ANSWER

the chest pain can be related to the heart or the lungs due to excessive cough
please advice him to visit the physician & undergo a chest x-ray to find out for an acute cause , or an infection
ecg to find out for the cardiac cause
excessive b 12 is also not good
