Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain

I have generalised severe pain in whole abdo area I can not stand up. It s been getting worse all day. I have taken buscapone and 5mg of endone once and no effect (endone was from a back op which I have not used) but pain is severe. Whole abdo is tender not one specific spot it s from my stomach right down and left and right. Hard to breath in or out. Feels like if I could pass wind it would help but too sore to try.

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the severe pain in abdomen with straining to pass flatus seems most likely related to possible acute intestine pathology as intestine obstruction most likely.

* However, other reasons as acute ileitis or other transient severe abdomen colic conditions have to be ruled out in this regards.

* It is strongly recommended to consult and approach 911 for further assistance as this requires a consultation with expert surgeon and an x-ray of the abdomen and pelvis in standing position.
