Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain With Vomiting And Diarrhea

I am having horrible stomach pains. Feels like contractions. They come and go and will last for several hours. I have vomited and had alot of diarrhea. My stomach is very bloated and tight and tender to the touch. The nausea is constant but worse after I eat. Please help. Thank you

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain severe abdominal pain along with Nausea and vomiting can be due to a number of causes like Indigestion, stomach infection, food poisoning, lactose intolerance, while conditions related to intestines like Crohn's disease, Irritable bowel syndrome, food allergies etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and also advise you investigations like stool test, blood tests, endoscopy, ultrasound etc to rule out the exact cause of problem and treat you accordingly..
In case of infection antibiotics can be advised..
You can also be advised anti emetics like Ondensarton for reducing vomiting and Furazolidone to relieve loose motions..
You can be given antacids, Omeprazole, anti spasmodics to relieve cramping and a soft diet..
Taking more of probiotics like Yoghurt and plenty of fluids and oral rehydration solution is a must needed remedy..
