Suggest Remedy For Severa Pain In Upper Arm After A Strenuous Workout

I over worked out my arms and I am having sever pain in my biceps and tendons leading to my forearms. I have tryed heating and cold compresses with also some ibeuprofen, nothing has worked. What do you recommend.My brother in law gave me some Percocets buy I am leery cause I have never taken meds that strong.

Hi,

Yes, strenuous work can cause severe aches. The best thing is to give it rest, massage the muscles and it's would take a little Time to settle.

If Ibuprofen has really not worked for you and pain is too much you can use Percocet, there is no harm in using it for a limited time. You need to be careful with your gym in future.
