Suggest Remedy For Seeping, red, Plain Area Under The Stomach

My mother has some weight. Under her stomach fat is a large red area, some of it just plain raw. It is seeping. What can I use to medicate this area. This has come up since Monday. She is 92yrs and did not tell me about it until she showered tonight again. She said it has been sore for a few days, but did not say anything it. Please help me!

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Intertrigo is an inflammatory skin condition that develops when trapped moisture and friction in large skin folds leads to chafing. It occurs most often in people who are overweight, and commonly develops in the thigh crease, under the breasts, in the armpits, between the buttocks and in skin folds of the belly.

Use gentle cleaning, with applying of drying powder like zerosorb - af, astringent compress like aluminum acetate solution, use of obsorbent fabric
Insertion, barrier creams and ointment useful.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
