Hello About one month ago, some rashes appeared on my face. It was itching all my face, different part of my face s skin was dry and flaky. It was very dry around my eyes, inflamed and also the skin colour became dark. I have to mention I have never had this kind of problem on my face. I though maybe it is seasonal allergy and I started using Antihistamine tablets. The symptoms went away for a while but a week after all symptoms came back even more severe. It spanned t my hands, both my hands were bumping and itchy. I went to the doctor and he gave me hydrocortisone acetate cream USP 1%. I used this but when I didn t use all symptoms were back. I started using Aveeno moisturizing cream for eczema care. I could say it worked for my skin problem except around the eyes. It still becomes red and itchy around my eyes. Around my eyes It is very dry with lot of wrinkles. I went to my doctor again and this time, he prescribed Protopic .1%. I am not sure if i should use this cream. It seems it is very strong and it has side effects. Could you please recommend me what to do? Thanks in advance for your time
