I hAve flat red tiny dots on the top of both of my feet and recently have a couple of larger dots ( red) on ankle area both feet? Getting concerned as I fly out tomorrow for my sons graduation from Univ of Oregon Ducks. I am 54 years old had inflammatory breast cancer diagnosed October 2011. I did chemo radiation surgeries. I have been doing well. Started noticing this last couple weeks. I just recently switched to rumadex about a couple months ago. I was on tamoxifen. Can you suggest anything?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, considering the history given, such lesions on the dependant areas as you described could be small vessel vasculitis, viz Leucocytoclastic vasculitis.
I would adv you to visit a dermatologist for evaluation of the condition, and appropriate management accordingly.
For the time being, u can take cap Indomethacin 75mg sustained release post lunch, apply venusia cream on the feet and ankles, and don't keep ur legs hanging for long.
Thanks
Take care
