Suggest Remedy For Recurring Right Sided Abdominal Pain With Bloating

Hi, I ve been waking up with an aching in my lower right side for the past week! It feels bloated & when I eventually pass a stool it s usually not solid but it can be! Also my urine isn t flowing as freely lately! I am a 40year old male,(smoker)! Thank you!

Abdominal pain in the right lower quadrant with bowel disturbances needs to rule out appendicitis and renal calculi.
Hence, kindly get ultrasound abdomen, stool examination and urine routine tests done to know what could be underlying cause for it.
Accordingly, you may take an opinion from Surgeon for further course of management.
