Suggest Remedy For Recurring Panic Attack With Excessive Sweating

I have been experiencing panic attacks that come out of nowhere and sometimes are so overwhelming I shake the room spins and I sweat. I am seeing a medication prescriber tomorrow through my therapist.... in the past I have been given ativan and that worked during the day and a Valium at night to sleep.... just really afraid that I wont be able to say what i need to let them know that I have tried everything else and I know that thhis works for me.. any suggestions on how to advicate for myself

The panic attack is common thing can occur with anyone.

Don't worry you need to engage with friends, family and keep socially engaged.

If there is some cause you may be well aware discuss it with family and friends.it will help.

Moreover, it is better to see a psychiatrist and discuss with him.you will be required for proper drug therapy for some time.
