I have joint pain. It varies for months at a time. For example, starts out sore and progressively over weeks gets excruciating and unable to use that area (first elbow, then shoulder, now thumb). Any ideas. I already take ibuprofen and apply voltaren gel twice a day. It seems to start at one joint area then move to another. On a scale of pain 1-5 let s say.. each starts at a 1 eventually up to a 5 then eventually goes back down and away but then another joint area starts up... sometimes overlapping each other. Help, in pain. Thanks
