Suggest Remedy For Recurring Diarrhea

Hello sir, i had recently been diagnosed with loose motion escalating to watery motion so i took antibiotics which helped me curb that, but after having something outside in a hotel i am having the same trouble again... I took an eldoper capsule, now i am having growling sounds and i am farting continuously for an hour now, could u please suggest a solution now?
