Suggest Remedy For Recurrent Nose Bleeds After Roller Coaster Ride
I recently attended a theme park in Idaho. I don t know if it was the heat or if it was the roller coasters but I have had four nose bleeds in the last two days. Usually they begin if I try to blow my nose. I have had a TMI so I am concerned my brain has been injured from the roller coasters, could this be the case?
Nose bleeds while riding roller coaster ride is probably due to increased pressure leading to rupture of delicate blood vessels in nose. Since, the nose bleeds are frequent, I suggest you to consult your ENT specialist for clinical assessment and also to get blood pressure checked. High blood pressure can also lead to frequent nose bleeds.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
