Suggest Remedy For Raspiness In Voice

How can I remove the raspiness and the cracks in my voice? I'm 14, turning 15 this coming August 2, 2011, Male... pls, I use to sing like Cyndi Lauper before but now.... Since I started pushing upward what's inside my throat, I began feel this irritating feeling. DEAREST LARYNGOLOGISTS, I beg your help....

I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like you are growing and your voice is getting mature because of puberty. That is not a desease and you should not hurt yourself and cause irritating tissue to change your voice, because you can't. The origin of the change in your voice is hormonal and it is going to happen anyway, whatever you do to fight it.

Give some time to your body to grow, your voice will be mature and then after stable. You will like your voice even better after.
