Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have rashes, redness and itching on face which seems to be due to blocked pores of sebaceous glands. It could be due to hormonal changes, dehydration and stress. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
