Suggest Remedy For Rashes And Itching On Body After Taking Prilosec

I have been taking prilosec for about five days and today I broke out with a rash, itching all over the body. I took benedral at 4:00 p.m. and again at 9:30. Should I go to the emergency room. Thank you for using HCM. Proton pump inhibitors like Prilosec (omeprazole) rarely cause late hypersensitivity but still its possible. Caution is advised as you might have gotten exposed to an allergen also. Please visit the ER at the earliest as anaphylaxis and laryngeal edema if it occurs then its life threatening.
