Suggest Remedy For Prolonged Vomiting Up Bile And Water In A Child

My 9 year old has been vomiting for about 36 hours just bringing up bile now and cannot keep down water She does not have a temperature or severe abdominal pain but is obviously distressed Is there anything I can give her to help? Am sure it is just gastroenteritis and not worth a doctors visit Any advice would be much appreciated Many Thanks

No it is not an ordinary gastroenteritis. Take her to ER. Billious vomitimg is an emergency and needs urgent care. There seems to be a blockage in there and she can't pass anything in. She may have some serious infection of other organs too.

My suggestion is, take her to hospital/ER.
