Suggest Remedy For Prolonged Burning Urination Post Prostate Surgery

I am a man of 69 yrs old. I had undergone prostrate-HOLEP surgery ppl on 11/3/15.After opt. I took cero-250mg bid and disurine-o bid, both for 7days. Still burning durig urination continued. After a month of opt. urine exam. found + for sp. gr 1.02,acdic,albumin 2+,blood,pus cell plenty/hpf, eit cell 1-2/hpf, rbc 2-3/hpf,.culture -A15 E Coli. Med taking NIFTAB 100MG BID for 15d, Pentocid 1tab once 15d, alkasol 10ml bid. Burning sensation has improved but not significantly, kindly advise. Regards. K Choudhury

Continue treatment as prescribed. It should be taken for days as mentioned plus AST test should be done and accordingly antibiotics are prescribed.
