hey i just need some help to maybe further decide what it is thats going on. i had a couple run ins with inner ear fluid a couple months ago, and I ve never really felt back to normal after even though the fluid was gone. Now its not really as if everything is necessarily spinning anymore but sometimes i feel a little jolt of movement when i am still, i have headaches, and sometimes, not real often, i can hear a ring in my ear like if I m in bed and my ear is laying on the pillow or if its real quiet, and I ve been looking stuff up and i think it could be one of two things. One i thought maybe post traumatic anxiety from being dizzy all the time and worrying about it, or the less likely one, menieres disease, from what I ve read over, they both seem to cross the path of whats going on.
