Dear Sir,My Kid (Boy) Is now 23 months. He is not speaking anything now except some word s like Abhi, Abhi..., ama ama..... He is not having any hearing problem, Because He runs towards mobile when it ring s in other room with low volume also. He is not looking at our face while speaking to him. Request your guidence

Hi... how is the child doing in other areas of development? Hearing problem is ruled out from your explanation. Tongue tie is a condition which has difficulty in moving tongue in all the directions. It is associated with difficulty in speaking. Also if other members of the family also started speaking late then this may be a normal phenomenon and you don't need to worry..By the age of 3 years the child should be able to speak 3 word meaningful sentences at least. I.think first we should rule out local cause and familial cause before going into unnecessary investigation.
