The hypoechoic lesion in your ovary appears to be a simple cyst which requires followup scans to assess any increase in its size. Small free fluid in pelvis or better put pouch of douglas is normal and could be reactionary fluid after menstrual cycle, excess of it indicates pelvic inflammatory disease,no need to worry. As far as your report of subchorionic hemorrhage is concerned ,i dont seem to be satisfied by the description and suggest you to go for a repeat scan and let us know the exact findings. Please tell them to look for any foetal pole/embryo and any cardiac activity within. Further manage depends on a good report/Scan .
