Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
It seems you are suffering from two primary headaches, migraine attacks and chronic headache
In my opinion you should try daily treatment (such as amitryptiline, depachine,Topamax or propanolol)
You can use triptans for migraine attacks to decrease or dominate their intensity
Don't worry too much you will be fine again after starting treatment
Discuss with your doctor about my opinion
Hope my answer will help you
Stay healthy
Best regards
