As per your complain it seems that pimples are erupting in your case secondary to hormonal imbalances.. I would first of all suggest you to consult your treating physician and get e serum testosterone level done and hormone replacement therapy for maintaining normal hormonal levels can help in resolving pimples.. For pimples you can start taking topical anti acne treatment like washing your face with salicylic acid or glycolic acid containing facewash, apply benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin containing gels, do cool compresses over face, exfoliate your skin twice a week, take multivitamin supplements, avoid oily food, drink plenty of water and limit sun exposure..
