It seems that you might be having some pinched nerve pressure due to some degenerative changes in your cervical spines.
This can be due to having some problem in your ears as well.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Then go for consultation for ENT or Orthopedic surgeon.
Meanwhile you can take Vertin or Stugeron forte as advised by your doctor.
