Suggest Remedy For Persistent Testicular Pain And Swelling
I have pain in my right testicle, it feels like someone is squeezing it is. sometimes it s a dull ache, other time it hurts up to my lower abdomen. It think the right testicle is swollen, but I could imagining because it hurts. It s been feeling like this for 3 days now. Suggestions? Thanks Michael

Your concern is understandable.
As an Urologist, i must advise you to get examined by an Urologist at the earliest, so that there's no doubts in your mind. If there's a swelling that hurts, it maybe due to an inflammation or even an infection.
He /she may then get an ultrasound scan of the scrotum, which will clear any doubt. Further treatment will depend on the reports.
