Hello dear, The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to Deviated nasal septum or hypertrophy of nasal turbinates, secondary to Allergic rhinitis. 1. Zyrtec (pharmacologically Cetirizine) is used to treat allergy symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, etc. 2. Flonase (pharmacologically Fluticasone) is a corticosteroid which tackles the inflammatory process. 3. Antibiotics are helpful to prevent any secondary bacterial attack. So, the medications are helpful in providing temporary relief only. Unless the underlying cause is treated, the symptoms will keep recurring.
