Suggest Remedy For Persistent Nasal Blockage

Hi, my son is 6 months old, yesterday due to cold i used Otrivin Pediatric nasal spray once but little more, he was crying at midnight hospitalized him for nasal blockage and fever, doctor suggest to use saline nasal drops instead of Otrivin and gave nebulizer treatment, and prescribed P-125 for fever & Maxtra (phenylephrine Hydrochloride & chlorpheniramine maleate oral drops) for Decongestion, but now he got fever and cough, i mean to say nasals are not opened, still he strugles to breath, please help me.
