Hello I am having a hard time breathing normally . I feel my heart my pulse go rapid and then slow down at times I feel as if someone is closing down on my chest .? I was prescribed a inhaler about 2 years ago but I wasn t told I need to use it everytime But I get this attack at times and I feel I can t breath at all and my heart , I feel it beating really fast and I feel like I m choking. I breath in and out of a bag and after a few minutes in back to normal . But the problem is why is it happening more frequently now . This usually happens to me once a month or so. HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the asthma then it need to be differentiated from allergic and cardiac asthma, you have not mentioned your age and gender else something much better could be thought, some time it may be due to some functional condition, better to get done some test, and EKG and ECHO must, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
