Suggest Remedy For Painful Penis Due To Cuts On Foreskin

Hello doctor 3 days back i had a whitish skin coming off my glans. And foreskin started itching at front. I washed the place and applied coconut oil. Now my glans are ok but foreskin has cuts and it has contacted. I can t pull it back. Itching is not there but its paining due to cuts.

The pain can be because of the cuts over the fore skin. Nothing to be panic, you can use topical anesthetic agents like lignocaine and topical analgesics like choline salicylate. This will heal in 5 days.
